일적인 스트레스도 두통이 너무심한 제남친을 위해 이제품과 엘테닌도 같이사서 낮에는 엘테닌 밤에 자기전에는 가바 서서히 스트레스에대한 두통이 줄거라고 믿고 복용하게하고 있어요 ^^

세 네번 먹어봤는데 수면을 유도하는 것 같진 않고 스트레스 많이 받으면 장염이 오는데 그 전에 먹으니 덜해요~
