하루 한알 점심먹고 먹고 있는데 먹은 후로 손톱 발톱 갈라지거나 부러지는게 줄었고 머리카락도 빨리 잘 자라는거 같네요^^

원래 비오틴 성분이 변을 딱딱하게 만드는지는 몰라도 변비가 심하게 생겨서...ㅠㅠ 지금은 중단하고 있어요

머리카락도 확실히 덜빠지고 모근에 탄력이 생깁니다. 그리고 머리카락이 훨씬 덜 푸석거리는거 같아요.
