이거조아요~~ 조아 ~~ 겉으로 보이진않지만 그냥 막 좋은것같아요~ 엘시스테인과 같이 복용하니 피부에 더 좋은것같아요 ㅋ

요거 먹으면서 얼굴이 한층 뽀얗게 변했답니다~! 또 심한 운동을 하면 무릎이 아파서 끙끙거리는데,, 그런 횟수가 줄어서 꾸준지 먹으려고 노력중 !

어머니가 몇 달째 드시고 계심. 종합비타민에 보면 이게 포함되있어도 양이 적길래 이건 항상 따로 사드리는 편. 강력한 항산화제라는 말을 어디서 들은 적이 있어서... 효과가 정말 강력하길 바라며..
