원래도 노르딕 오메가3을 먹고있었는데.. 임신부는 EPA함량이 높음 안된다고 임신부 전용을 먹으라고 해서 이걸로 구매했어요. 원래 먹던거보다 알이 작아서 먹기 편하구요. 생선비린내같은것도 나지않아 좋아요.

머리 좋아지길 기원하면서 잘 챙겨먹고 있어요. 다른 약처럼 사이즈가 왕큰게 아니라 목에 넘기기도 괜찮아요. 수유하면서도 계속 먹을거예요.

임신했을때, DHA 안심하고 먹을 수 있는 제품 찾다가 사게 되었는데, 알약 크기도 작고 먹기 전혀 거북스럽지 않아서, 막달인데도 또 샀어요. 임신 끝나고 계속 사먹을것 같애요.

임신기에는 DHA 함량이 높고, EPA 함량이 낮은 것(거의 없는 것)으로 먹어야 한다길래.. 한국제품을 찾아보니..찾기도 힘들고.. 비싸고 했는데... 여기서 본 제품 찾아서 임신기 내내 먹었네요.. 이제 곧 수유기인데..수유기에도 먹으려구요.. 먹을때마다 ' 우리아가 똑똑해지는 DHA~!' 하면서 먹었네요..^^
