먹어봤는데 딱히 효과는 모르겠네요. 가격이 저렴하기도 하고 100개나 들은거라 일단 구매를 해보긴 했지만 그냥 잘 모르겠네요...

한국에서는 뿔남천이라고 부르더라구요 피부진정효과가 있다구 해서 여드름 진정에 효과가 있을가 싶어vitex랑 같이 섭취하고 있습니다. 하지만 뚜렷한 결과는 없어서... 다음엔 구매를 안할듯 해요
