Can't compare it with other andographis supplements, but I can tell you this one has high potency. It works absolutely great for me it has high andographolide level and like the bottle says prescription quality. Also the capsules are made of high quality ingredients. Always take it with meals, unless you want to be sick. It is also great after drinking alcohol ,it removes the negative effects very quickly.
