빌베리가 눈에 좋다해서 먹고 있습니다. 꾸준히 복용해봐야 효과가 있는지 알수있을듯... 우선 저렴한 가격에 구매할 수 있어 부담스럽지 않아 좋습니다

괜찮은듯.. 가시적인 효과는 잘 모르겠지만 끊으면 뭔가 다를지도 모르겠네요. 그렇다고 괜히 나빠질까봐 끊고 싶지는 않네요 ㅋ

그렇게 뛰어난 효과는 모르겠고 최소 한달은 먹어봐야 되지 싶음. 그래도 눈의 피로는 다소 줄어든 것 같아요. 플라시보 효과인지는 모르겠지만..
