So far, this is THE best multi-vitamin I have ever used. I enjoy the Albion minerals and the co-enzymated forms of the b-vitamins. I feel a difference in my energy levels and it doesn't make me feel like throwing up if I take the tablets with little or no food.

I have severe digestive absorption and motility problems. THIS product has proven itself in my lab values for keeping my blood counts higher than without taking this vitamin. No Nausea and gentle. I love Metagenics products and love this one in particular

FOUND THE RECCOMENED DAILY DOSE A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE !! PROBABLY NOT IN NEED SO REDUCED TO 4 A DAY 2 AT NIGHT AND 2 IN THE MORNING MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE .
