I have been taking Brain Support Formula for several years. I will occassionally decide that maybe it really doesn't do much good and go off of it. And everytime, it doesn't take long for me to realize how much good it really does do! I am much more able to function, have access to an adequate memory, and get through the day without embarrassing myself!
