아침에 공복에 한 숟가락씩 먹는데

은근 까먹고 안 먹게 되요. 맛은 빠다코코넛 과자맛이 나는데 비위약하신 분들은 먹을때 조금 힘드실거 같아요. 다음에서 캡슐로 사야 될거 같아요.
