맛은 구수한데 텁텁하구, 물이나 우유에 잘 안녹아서 걍 믹서에 넣고 갈아서 먹어요 ㅋㅋ잘 섞이라고~ 단백질 함량도 높구 무엇보다 콜레스테롤이 우유단백질에 비해 낮고, 여자한테 콩이 좋대서 한번 주문해봤네요~ 아침이나 저녁 대용으로 먹으면 괜찮을 것 같아요
