일단~~ 바로 효과를 볼수있는게 아니라~~ 질은 모르겠고~~ 가격은 저렴하게 구매한것 같습니다~~ 아쉬운것은 복용하는 방법같은것들이~~ 제품에는 아닐지라도 웹에라도 번역되어있었으면 좋겠네여~^^

종합비타민을 안 먹는다면 비타민B군을 먹으라고 해서 먹어봤는데 확실히 비타민B가 가장 눈에 띄는 효과를 볼 수 있는 것 같아요.
