늦게는 먹지 않아요 밤에 잠 잘 못잘까봐 ㅎㅎㅎ 카페인이 운동시 단백질보다 지방이 먼저 분해되쓸수 있게 도와준다 더라구요 ^^ 좋아요 ~ 30일이상 먹지 마라던데 잘 알아보고 구입하세요^^ 카페인은 다이어트시 바짝 먹고 정량 섭취가 좋데요 ㅎㅎ

카페인성분이 강해서 한알만 먹고 20분안에는 식사를 해야 부작용이 없어요. 그러면 신기하게도 식사량이 줄어들어요. 게다가 레알 쾌..쾌변.....ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 마테성분이 들어있다던데 그것때문인가봐요. 운동만 꾸준히하면 식이조절엔 힘 덜들이고 체중감량할 수있을것같아요.
