변비때문에 고생이 많아서 구입했습니다만, 장기 복용시 부작용이 있을 수 있다고 해서 걱정이 되긴 합니다. 그래서 1주일씩 걸러서 먹어보려고 생각중입니다. 첫째주는 섭취하고 둘째주는 쉬고... 이런 식으로요. 확실한 해결책은 아닌 것 같구요. 이걸 먹으면 아랫배가 지끈지끈 아픈 느낌이 듭니다. 구입하실 때 참고하세요.
