봉지를 조금만 뜯어도 토마토향이 강하게 납니다

구아검 이란것이 들어가긴 했지만 진짜 토마토를 까놓은거 같은 토마토 향이 납니다. 등산갈때 토마토쥬스를 만들어서 가거나 산에 올라가서 물에 가루를 타서 물통에서 흔들면 토마토 쥬스가 되네요 토마토가 건강에 좋다고 해서 삽니다.

스파게티 떡볶이등 어떤 요리에도 좋네요~

라이코펜이 좋다고해서 가열하는 요리에 듬뿍 넣어 사용합니다. 토마토가 들어가는 요리에 넣으면 맛도 색도 풍미도 더 진해집니다~

토마토 비쌀 때는 파우더 써요 생것보다는 맛이 덜하지만 크게 뒤지지도 않네요
