This is some really great stuff, doesn't taste all that bad. I usually just add the teaspoon of it in with my morning smoothie and can't taste it. I could tell the difference the first day me and my girlfriend started taking it.

I've used different Spirulina products before and found them difficult to integrate into juice or foods because of the strong flavor. This is mild enough for me to tolerate alone or in juice & it gives a great boost of energy. I am absolutely delighted with it.
