I take it before/during/after workouts to maintain my alertness during workouts and help in recovery after workouts. I recover faster and noticed very little strength loss.

Hi, I'm from Brazil, actually i'm consuming the product, apparently is good. But I can say that the delivery was fast. About 3 weeks. Olá, eu sou do Brasil, atualmente estou consumindo o produto, aparentemente é bom. Mas eu posso dizer que a entrega foi muito rápida. Mais ou menos 3 semanas
