저녁에 잠이 안오고 잠 드는 시간도 들쭉날쭉했었는데 이 약을 먹으니 플라시본지 뭔지는 몰라도 수면 습관이 이전보다 훨씬 좋아졌어요. 이전보다 잠도 잘 오네요. 트립토판이니까 세로토닌 생성에도 좋아서 장기적으로 봤을때 꾸준히 먹으면 분명 좋은 효과가 나타날 것 같아요.
