Good for sinus and eye stress. Great for General Lift. I don't usually get much response to supplements, but this was a very pleasant surprise. I will be ordering more for sure. Great Bargain too from Iherb.com.

But I wish it didn't have to be kept refrigerated, I bought it to carry in my bag with me. I should've checked the info. This tastes really nice straight, no doubt it's good on food too. It's tart of course, but not too spicy, very palatable.

I drink this everyday in a shot glass mixed with garlic and silver! the best defense against colds and viruses. I never get sick !!!!
