I usually buy Jarrow Formulas Creatine Monohydrate because it's a bit more affordable, but I had to buy 500 grams of this one when I needed more than 325 grams and less than 1 kg of creatine. Creatine provides a critically important store of energy which helps to power short bursts of intense muscular activity, as in sprinting or weightlifting. Creatine helps recycle ATP for energy production in muscle cells. As a result you have increased explosive energy, ATP energy and overall power. I take 5-6 grams of creatine daily with sweet iced tea, whey protein or post-workout with 5 grams of glutamine. No loading phase is required! Since taking it I noticed I have more explosive energy which helps me push out a few more reps with a given weight. More reps with more weight mean more muscle. I also notice that it decreases recovery time and soreness. It's also the cheapest 0.5 kg jar of creatine on iHerb. But don't forget to drink a lot of water. После того, как я стал пить креатин, я заметил увеличение взрывной силы, которая помогает мне сделать на несколько повторений больше в каждом упражнении. Больше повторений с большим весом = больше мышц. Я также заметил, что у меня сократилось время восстановления между тренировками и уменьшилась крепатура.

One of the best creatine I've ever made. Much better by far than the Universal, is much more and much cheaper. Micronized, dissolves easily and is absorbed much faster. This makes the difference. Take glutamine along with that mark. It's the best combination and makes a big difference. Uma das melhores creatinas que ja tomei. Muito melhor de longe que a Universal, vem muito mais e muito mais barata. Micronizada, dissolve facil e é absorvida muito mais rapido. Essa faz a diferença. Tome junto com a glutamina dessa marca. É a melhor combinação e faz muita diferença.
