면역, 관절 보강제들이 함께 들었어요. 관절 도움 됩니다. 면역쪽은 비타민씨 메가도스할 때 보다 떨어지네요. 알이 큽니다. 그리고 하루 여섯알을 넘기는 건 쉽지않습니다. 그 직접적효과는 아직 몸에 와닿지 않습니다.
