Magnesium: vital for so many things

Magnesium plays a crucial role in many different processes, including healthy nerve transmission, muscle function, and building strong bones and teeth. It may also help manage conditions such as depression, PMS, diabetes, hypertension, migraine and contribute to heart health. Dr Michael Eades says, "If I had only one supplement that I could take, it would be magnesium." My own choice is for chelated magnesium, by Bluebonnet, as it is in a form that is more easily absorbed by the body.

no side effects, it has lovely calming effect.

A friend recommended this product to help my headaces from occurring as often. It has definitely helped a great deal. I am still having headaches but not as bad. Ive only been taking the product for a couple of weeks. It has also helped my sleep. I sleep so much better and wake up rested.

I guess this is working haven't had a heart attack yet.
