I like these, I mix them up with nuts and they're a nice surprise when they get included in a bite. I think they'd be great in a salad, although I just snack on them.

Fantastic sunflower seeds!

We just love this brand of sunflower seeds. We like to mix them in a bowl with the Bergin pumpkin seeds and eat as grazing snack!! These are the best!
