I have been using the Fiber 35 Sprinkle product for about a year now. I tried other types of fiber, but nothing really worked very well for me. I can use this in my morning coffee (I do) and later on in something with my dinner. I use it 2-3 times per day, and it has COMPLETELY resolved my IBS-type constipation. I highly recommend it.

This is a very good product, but I wish you could carry it in a larger size. Like 9 or more ounces for a better price.

I like this product. It seems to be best used on hot foods as it seems to absorb well and you can't taste it. When I try to mix it in cold foods, such as yogurt, it tends to get a little gummy and ruins the texture. That's just mixing it with a spoon. Overall, I recommend.

Handy sprinkle container. The stuff dissolves well - disappears right into your food. However, you have to use a whole tablespoonful to get 5g of fiber.
