Organic India, Psyllium Pre & Probiotic Fiber, Original does not work as well as taking the Organic India Psyllium and the capsule Probiotic-10 for my body by themselves. I got constipated just taking it by it self in three days. I have been taking the Organic India Psyllium since 2006 and have not had any more problems with Diverticulitis since. iHerb has been the best price for the Organic India Psyllium.
