I will start with a question first of all: does anybody observed if the stool became darker or even black after starting taking Ferritin+? So I am on the 5th day and no adverse reactions so far and believe me I tried si many form or iron along 24 years and my digestive system was already tired and so stressed out that I got disbiosis for past 5 months wand histamin problems as well because my body reacted super bad to some brands and forms of iron because doctors here they prescribed smth even they know ur gut is super sensitive and they say after if u don t tolerate it well try another brand or form until u get the one will fits u and I did because I wanted smth to be absorbed better and have no troubles with my digestive system; was a nightmare and now I am happy i finally found smth natural with mo side effects; i will update u after a while taking those pills because I will have to notice the way I feel and also blood tests; now still feel tired, my hair loss is bad, my insomnia, etc because my ferritin level was 5,75 , iron 45, and hemoglobin 11,4 last time I did my blood tests; I wanna also come with some help for the people who said is very difficult to open these little capsules: dears it is so easy to open them but u just need to cut them with a scissor the I did exactly on the line they have already the pre cuts and then u can easily open them like I did, please see the picture and follow the steps I just described and u will be amazed how easy it is to open them; i just thought ok logically why did they do the pre cuts and of course the first thing that came to my mind was to guide us to cut them perfectly si we can open them super easy. Ps: I will come back with an update also about their efficiency.
