Undoubtedly the best I've tried. If you want to enhance your enjoyment, put 2 or 3 tablespoons into a small fine mesh strainer. Gently rinse them under a little water. Tap the strainer against a paper towel to remove excess water so seeds are just damp. Empty the seeds into a small dry skillet. Place skillet over very low heat and gently shake it back and forth until all of the water has evaporated and a few of the seeds begin to pop. It takes very little time. Remove them to a bowl and let them cool completely. Then grind them to your preferred consistency. I have a small electric coffee grinder that I use only for seeds, though I think it's best to use a mortar. This toasting method really brings out the rich flavor and grinding releases an aroma that will whet your appetite. Sprinkle them over everything!
