Fair Trade Organic Chamomile

One of the sources of Traditional Medicinals organic Fair Trade Certified chamomile is the Royal Ottoman farms, which are spread over 4,000 acres in Egypt. Royal Ottoman was founded in 1906 in the city of Apotik, a Pharaonic name which means the warehouse of medicines and herbs. At Royal Ottoman, the fair trade premium is invested in private health care and life insurance plans for the increasing number of women in the workforce, especially those women who are the sole supporter for their households. What will Chamomile with Lavender do for me?

The combination of chamomile and lavender with lemon balm has digestive and nervous system sedating properties useful for nervous stomach and restlessness associated with upset stomach.

Brew well to be well

For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over two tea bags in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bags to release any remaining extract. Drink 3-4 cups daily between meals or as needed.

Contraindications: Do not use if you have known allergies to plants of the Asteraceae family (daisy) such as blessed thistle, calendula, chamomile, echinacea, safflower or yarrow.
