Very suitable for others like me if: Pros: 1)you're lacking the bodyweight and thus, need the extra calories- but not from 'bad' sources like high amounts of sugars. In other words, this product was not sweet when i used it. Cons: 1)Quite difficult to blend in plain water. You're gonna need to put in some hot water as a better dissolving base first adding in some ice and/or cold water.
Lots of calories and never mixes

There are a lot of calories. Don't even look at this unless you want 600 per 4 scoop serving. This is more a weight gainer than a protein product for exercise use. Taste is good but then I have never been able to dissolve the powder. I've used a ball, screen, blender and it just doesn't mix. Imagine after 4 scoops, you are scooping it out with a spoon. I wouldn't try this product again. Too much to do to just drink it post-workout.
