These are a fantastic snack, meal on the go, or dessert replacement. And they taste just like a cinnamon roll-but with a little crunch-which I personally find even more texturally appealing than the actual thing.

One of packs contained very hard material(stone or piece of nutshell, pea-sized). The taste was good. I prefer less sweet one.
