여행갈 때 추천

아침 공복에 한 스푼 먹으면서 생리 주기가 일정해졌고요. 여행갈 때, 음식이 안 맞아서 설사할 때 이거 한 스푼씩 디렉션 따라서 먹으면 좋아요.

여드름에 도움이 될까해서 구입 후 2주 정도 복용, 여드름에는 별로 효과를 보지는 못했지만, 확실해 화장실가면스무스한 효과;;를 볼수 있다, 화장실 잘 못가는 사람들은 시도 해 볼만할듯.. 한달정도까지는 먹어봐야겠다..
