good for sleep

taking basically for help with weight loss due to being estrogen dominant. don't know if it is working for weight loss yet. It does, however, seem to help a lot with getting a good night's rest. I seem to sleep better after taking this product in hot tea. i like to burn off the alcohol with hot water/tea first.
