This stuff is great!!!!!You get all your aminos and a good amount of vitiams. It sounds by the directions you have to drink a whole gallon of milk at one time. You do not have to. To get results I mix it with 24oz of whole milk twice daily along 2 scoops of Gainer. It taste great like a creamy chocolate shake. And I have gained 6lbs of muscle just doing push ups, chin ups and sit ups. My next order will be my third order.

i only drink about 2 pints a day and it does fill me up a bit when i finish my work out. i been taking this about 6 weeks i gained 9 pounds and i look much better.
