적혀있는 레시피대로 과일을 첨가해서 드시면 좋아요- 아무것도 넣지않고 그냥 마시기에는 너무 건강한 맛입니다;;;

일년 이상 하루 한끼는 생식으로 먹었습니다. 두유와 생수에 The Ultimate Meal, Midori Green(녹색 야채 가루), 그리고 Ashwagandha(인도 인삼) 가루를 타서 먹었습니다. 맛은 없지만, 편리하고 건강에 좋고 배도 고프지 않습니다. 믹서에 바나나, 블루베리, 등을 넣고 같이 섞어 먹으라고 했는데...그리하면 먹을만 할 것입니다.
