the pureway c was recommended by a family physician due to the fact that in clinical research, it showed higher uptake and retention levels in the bloodstream as opposed to traditional ascorbic acid. on the innovation labs website, the makers of pureway-c, they say that it is an all natural, NON GMO product, made exclusively by them in the USA. this might be important for some who do not want a GMO, Chinese produced health supplement. anyway, the product has been very helpful to my system. it is easy on the stomach, and i always take it on an empty stomach without any irritations

I really like this C as it has bioflavinoids and C and is supposed to be absorbed better than other types. Seem to use less as a result. So far, so good and great price.
