알약이 굉장히 크고 한번에 두 알씩 먹기 거북합니다. 저도 미용효과를 모르겠고, 엄마도 모르겠다고 하십니다. 엄마는 이걸 먹으면 소화가 안 된다고 하시네요.

몇달전부터 손톱이 길지도 않은데 자꾸 부러지고 찢어지고해서 고민이였는데 이제품 열흘정도 복용하고 확실히 단단해졌습니다..요즘은 손톱 부러지는일이 없네요..신기하네요..
