한국인에게 비타민D가 많이들 부족하다고 합니다 특히 직장인 같이 하루종일 오피스에만 머무르는 사람에게요.. 그래서 구입했고,,, 값이 저렴해서 좋네요

요즘 젊으나 늙으나 비타민D부족이라구 하잖아요 종합비타민에두 들어있긴 하지만 부족한것같아 같이 보충해서 먹으니 맘이 편하네요 임산부구요.. 외출이 적어서 필수입니다.
