앞전에 VM-75 Veggie Caps 먹고 있다가.. Tablets도 영양성분이 동일해서 주문해봤습니다. 두알먹다 한알 먹으니 그건 좋네요..ㅎ Veggie Caps 2알의 영양분을 Tablets형 1알로 압축가공을 해서.. 천연상태로 보면 Veggie Caps제품이 더 좋을것 같습니다. VM-2000이 VM-75보단 영양분이 더 많이 들어있긴 한데.. 너무 과다한건 안좋으니.. 적당한걸로..^^

알약이 좀 크긴한데 저한테는...절반씩 쪼개서 먹으니 괜찮고요.. 이거먹은뒤론 몸이 덜피곤한거 같애요..근데 빈속에 먹으면 속이 느글거려요..제가 위장기능이 별루라~ 식사하시고 바로 드세염..ㅎ
