처음부터 한 알 다 먹으면 속이 울렁거리고 머리가 아픕니다. 처음엔 칼로 쪼개서 반정도만 먹고 점차 늘려가는 걸 추천합니다.

남성은 운동전 1알이나 2알 먹으면 좋은데 처음엔 1주엔 1알로 시작하시고 2주부터는 2알로 시작하시면 효과 짱입니다.
