This seems to be an excellent product. I was purchasing another brand (same one for years) and just recently discovered that it no longer allowed for a couple capsules each day, but actually had dimished the product so as to require SIX each day.

Drats, I feel no relief from hot flashes.......but then again I have tried evrything else and nothing is stopping them, so I can't say this does not work for eveybody just not me. Dong Quai is a reputable herb for menopause and Planetary Herbs is a very good company.
