These cookies are crispy and very sugary, almost like biting into crystallized sugar bits. They're not gritty at all, I just expected them to be soft and chewy and a lot less sweet, like the chocolate chunk ones which I prefer. The bag is resealable, each cookie is perfectly round, about 4cm each (1 6/8") and because of the high sugar content I find them very addictive. (I just opened the bag and can hardly put it down). I have sensitive teeth, they're not hard at all and do not hurt my teeth. I love the high quality of ingredients but wish that Pamela's would use whole grains: I cannot gain weight on high fiber cookies and these have virtually 0 fiber. I like them but do not love them, even though my body wants to eat the whole bag right now. Must.Think.Lettuce.Thoughts! :)

These Pamela's cookies are smaller (4 make a serving) and have no wheat. They are very good.

These are excellent G-F cookies. They are tasty without being too sweet and not too large.
