I added jalapenos to this mix and ate with chili, it was to die for. There are some different recipes you can choose from on the back depending on how fat free you'd like them too!

Gluten Free Cornbread & Muffin Mix

We have made cornbread that is out of this world. We make a pan, cut it into squares and freeze it to eat later in soups, gumbo and chili. This is easy to make and tastes as good as regular cornbread. Highly recommend this product and iHerb.com.
