Did the research for the product, ordered it, came with prompt response and my upper arms (that were in constant pain from gardening) do not hurt when I take this with the bromelain

I finally found a magnesium that works really well for me! And it doesn't have any magnesium stearate in it , which is what I was looking for when I came across this brand. Really, really like it.
