Purchased at iHerb

I took this extract as advised on the bottle 10-15 drops in beverage with my evening meal. I didn't feel any effects for over an hour, so i took another 10 drops. Half an hour after that I was trashed!! I went on the nod whilst kneeling down putting my shoes away. The brain was still working but the body would not follow. I slept very badly, not refreshed at all. I am now only using as directed, and advise the same to others.
