Purchased at iHerb

The label says this is nature's multi-vitamin. This is good for vitamin A, vitamin K, trace minerals and chlorophyll, but it's no multivitamin. There is no vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B, or zinc. The B-12 may not be bioavailable. I don't like tablets. The tablets have a lot of fillers. They currently don't make capsules. I don't like using the child safety cap. I think the green and brown label is ugly. The bottle is glass and contains a freshness absorbent.
