요건 진짜 괜찮은 물건

항산화제가 하나 필요했는데, 눈건강도 좋아지게 하고 피부도 좋아지게 한다니 진짜 짜장이네요!!! 근데 벌써 거의 다먹어간다는거ㅠㅠ 또 주문해야겠어요

수험생인데 오랫동안 책을 보면 눈이 뻐근해지면서 책이 흐리게 보이기 때문에 할 수 없이 잠을 자거나 밖에 나가 산책을 해야만 했습니다. 이걸 먹으면서 그런 증상 없이 살다가 다 먹고 몇 주 먹지 않았는데 다시 책을 오래 못 보겠더라구요. 그제야 효능을 새삼 실감하고 재주문 했습니다. 물론 틈틈이 눈도 쉬게 하구 있어요.

원래 먹던 영양제인데요, 컴퓨터 모니터와 스마트폰 사용으로 눈 침침해지고, 초점흐려지는 현상에 좋아요. 계속 먹을때는 좋아지다가 한동안 안먹으면 그증상이 또 오네요. 시력유지에도 도움되요.
