이거먹고 그날로119불러서응급실다녀왔어요 가슴이답답하면서 맥박이 미친듯이뛰더라구요, 너무기대했는데 아깝네요. 그치만 먹고나서 화장실바로소식오구요 배가 정말 안고프더라구요... 안맞으시는분있을것같아요 저처럼.

되게작네요 근데 이거우유에 선식이랑 한스푼넣어먹었는데 디게배부르더라구요 꾸준히먹어야겠어요ㅎ

다이어트에도 좋다하고, 단백질함량이 높아서 꾸준히 먹을거에요...참깨보다도 더 작은 알갱이...물에 닿으면 말랑말랑 젤리가 되요
