손톱이 안부러져요

아연이 남자한테도 좋고 여드름에도 좋다길래 먹었는데 가장 눈에 띄는 변화는 손톱이 부러지지 않게된 거네요. 손톱이 잘 부러져서 전에 엘-시스테인이나 콜라겐도 먹어봤는데 효과가 미미했었거든요. 아연을 먹은 이후로 지금 같이 건조한 겨울에도 손톱이 잘 안부러지네요. 계속 구매할 생각입니다.

먹은지 얼마 안되서 특별하게 효과가 있는지는 솔직히 잘모르겠습니다. 꾸준히 먹어봐야 알듯 합니다
