달맞이 종자유 좋다고 소문을 들어서 구매해봤습니다. 캡슐이 아주 커요 (거의 우루사 수준) 약효는 아직 나타나지 않네요. 단기적인 효과보다는 장기적인 효과를 기대해야겠죠. 국내구입 보다는 정말 저렴합니다. 다음에 또 구입 할꺼에요.

생리시작하기 10일정도 전에 2알씩 먹었는데 생리통에 도움이 되는거같습니다.전혀 안아픈건 아니고 견딜만 해졌어요. 이번달만 그런건지 담달에도 효과가 있을지 더 먹어볼려구요. 오메가3이랑 같이 드세요. 오메가3과 6은 조화를 이뤄야한다고 하더라구요.

오메가3 다먹으면 먹으려고 샀어요. 달맞이꽃오일이 여자들한테 좋다고하는데.. 먹어보고 좋으면 계속 사먹을래요 ㅋㅋ
