먹기 괜찮음

알로 삼키다가, 그냥 깨먹고 있어요. 첨에 뚜껑 열면 역하지만, 모여있던 냄새 날아가고 나면 그냥 고소한듯한 냄새가 납니다. 요새는 그냥 깨서 먹어요. 캬라멜 같아요.

머리가 맑아지고 밤에 잠자는데 도움을 주는 느낌입니다. I felt clear-headed. Also It help to go to sleep.
